I, your virtual personal trainer will give you a 30 minutes or 60 minutes session depending on the option you chose. And, I will also be providing a workout for you upon your request to exercise at your convenience. This is FREE OF CHARGE.

After signing up, we will set up your first one-on-one deep dive call so that we that we can virtually meet, set your goals, review expectations and ensure you are best set up according to your needs.
Every week you will have at least 1 personal 30 minute coaching sessions with me by zoom or platform of your preference. We will go in-depth into your progress and address any challenges you may be having. These sessions will help us adjust your action plan, habits and eating strategies as you progress, so that you are continually moving toward your goals as quickly, safely and sustainably as possible.
